Jason Lamb Appointed Next President of Dare 2 Share Ministries

ARVADA, Colo. —  The Board of Directors of Dare 2 Share Ministries has announced that Jason Lamb will succeed Debbie Bresina as President effective November 1, 2024. After leading the ministry through a period of extraordinary growth for the past nine years, Bresina will be stepping into the new role of Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships reporting to the Board of Directors. With this transition, the Board of Directors has unanimously elected Jason Lamb to assume the position of President.

Over two years ago, Bresina prayerfully petitioned the board to develop a full-time role for her that centered around Kingdom collaboration. Seeing the potential for Dare 2 Share to expand its strategic partnerships, the board initiated the search for the next President.

Lamb’s appointment as President follows a rigorous process of prayer and succession planning. Jim Lindemann, Chairman of the Board, emphasized, “The Board is grateful for Debbie’s tireless leadership as President. At her request to step into this new role, we set out to find her replacement that would build upon her tremendous leadership and guide the ministry into the future. We are confident that Jason Lamb is the ideal leader. We are very grateful to retain Debbie and we are very excited as she steps into her new role.

Bresina’s 30-year tenure at Dare 2 Share has been marked by unwavering commitment and visionary leadership. Her advocacy for strategic alliances has maximized the ministry’s impact and paved the way for this new focus.

“What a privilege it has been to serve the amazing team at Dare 2 Share as President,” reflects Bresina. “Now, I am looking forward to contributing to the vision in a new way, through initiating and cultivating collaborative partnerships. I have known Jason for over 20 years, serving as his mentor and leader during his time at Dare 2 Share. I am confident that he will lead the ministry with passion and innovation.”

Greg Stier, Dare 2 Share’s Founder states, “Debbie’s amazing vision, stellar leadership and unmatched dedication have been key to shaping Dare 2 Share into the organization it is today. And I’m confident Jason is the right leader to move Dare 2 Share forward in this new season.”

Lamb, who holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies and Philosophy from Gardner-Webb University, brings extensive experience as a youth pastor and senior pastor, in addition to organizational leadership experience, most recently as Dare 2 Share’s Executive VP of Ministry. He understands first-hand the challenges and opportunities church leaders face in activating their youth for evangelism. Stepping into the role of President is a natural progression for Lamb. He looks forward to continuing Dare 2 Share’s legacy of empowering youth to boldly share their faith.

“I am honored and humbled to step into the role of President of Dare 2 Share.” said Jason Lamb. “I am excited to continuing to work alongside Greg and Debbie to accomplish this extraordinary vision.”

Founded in 1991, Dare 2 Share Ministries has trained and equipped millions of students and youth leaders worldwide. The ministry works with key indigenous ministry leaders, churches and youth pastors to mobilize Christian youth who are passionate about sharing their faith.
