Reporting on Religion Conference at WSU

$30.00

Thank you for your interest in Religion News Association’s Reporting on Religion conference at Washington State University! We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, from 9 a.m. to (roughly) 2 p.m.

The $30 cost of this event covers refreshments, lunch, and other expenses.

Here is how to get here:

Our meeting is on the second floor ofGoertzen Hall(room 218-220), which is part of the Murrow College of Communication. Goertzen is on Veteran’s Way, which is a pedestrian path, and is right across from Jackson Hall (also a Murrow building). It can also be found on Apple maps!

Park in the Green 3 lot off of College Ave. The lot fills up quickly. There is more parking at the Elson Floyd Cultural Center, which is on Spokane Street. Campus parking is free on Saturdays.

Where to stay

Hotels we’d recommend:  The Hilton is not really near anything walkable, but can arrange for a shuttle to campus and has a Starbucks. Hotel McCoy is right downtown and we’ve heard good things.

There are many others available in town as well.

Questions?   Contact Julia Duin at kinnerethbooks@gmail.com or (202) 374-4782 or Tracy Simmons at tracysimmons@favs.news or (509) 240-1830.
